 AP ICET 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the AP ICET, candidates have to check up for the eligibility criteria. Following are eligibility criteria. The candidate who applies for AP ICET must be an Indian citizen.  The candidate must also satisfy the local/ non-local status. The Qualification Criteria for MCA are: The candidate should hold a minimum 3 years of Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. The minimum marks the candidate should secure is at least 50% and for reserved category 45% in the qualifying examination. All the appearing candidates can apply. AP ICET 2018 Registration Process 

The Candidates can fill the application form only through online in the official website of AP ICET, http://sche.ap.gov.in/. The Candidates who applied have to pay the application fee and upload all the necessary documents in the application form. The Application form can be filled till last week of March 2018.

AP ICET 2018 Application Fee

The online application fee is Rs. 250-/ which has to be paid by the applicant. The application fee can be paid through Andhra Pradesh Online Centres/Citizen Service Centres, e-Seva Centres in Andhra Pradesh. Application fee can also be paid through the payment gateway such as the credit card/ debit card.

AP ICET Exam Pattern

The AP ICET Exam 2018 will be conducted in offline mode (pen paper mode). The whole question paper will be of 200 marks. There are total 200 questions. Each question has four options out of which one is correct. Each correct answer will awarded 1 mark. The Candidates will be provided 150 minutes to solve the question paper. The total no. of questions asked in analytical ability is 75. The total no. of questions asked in Mathematical ability are 75 and no. of questions I communication ability are 50.

AP ICET Syllabus 2018 

The AP ICET syllabus will be comprised of 3 sections. The Section A includes Data Sufficiency, Problem Solving and Analytical Ability. The Section B contains the Arithmetical Ability, Algebraically, Mathematical Ability and Geometrical Ability and Statistical Ability And the last Section, section C is prepared to assess the candidate’s communication ability, Computer Terminology and Business, Reading Comprehension and Functional Grammar.

AP ICET Admit Card 2018 

The Candidates will be able to get their Admit Card in the third week of April 2018. The applicants can use their application number or Date of Birth to get the Admit Card. It is compulsory for all the candidates to bring the Admit Card at the examination hall in order to appear for the exam. In the Admit Card, the exam details such as candidates name & roll number, exam date, exam time and exam centre will be mentioned.

AP ICET  Answer Key

Through the answer key, candidates can determine their marks to be secured in entrance exam. The Candidate can download the preliminary answer key in the third week of May 2018. The Candidate can apply for objection if a candidate has any objection regarding preliminary key. There is a provisions for the candidates to submit an objection towards preliminary key and it will be possible in the fourth week of May 2018.

AP ICET 2018 Result

The result will be available from last week of May 2018. AP ICET 2018 result will be accessible through online mode. Based of result of the candidates, the candidates will be qualified for counselling. Applicants can download the result and take the printouts of the same as they will have to show at the time of admission.

AP ICET  Admission 2018

After publishing the result, the admission procedure will be conducted. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks scored by the candidates in the examination. If we go to check about the seat reservation, we have come across to see that the AP Educational Institutions have specified that the 85 percentage of the seats are reserved for the local candidates and the remaining percentage will be allotted for unreserved. The results will be published by the exam conducting authority after the exam. The candidates can take admissions into Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). After exam process the counselling procedure will start.  The counselling will be held after the declaration of result. The Candidates those who cleared the entrance exam with high marks, will be called for the counselling round. To get the admission in the institutions, it is important for the candidates to appear the counselling. The seats will be allotted on the basis of rank obtained in the entrance exam. The rank will be published by the exam conducting authority online.
