HITSEEE 2018: Application, Eligibility, Syllabus, Admit Card, Results

HITSEEE 2018Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science Engineering Entrance Examination (HITSEEE) is conducted by HITS (Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science) every year. It is a university level entrance examination. The exam is conducted mainly focusing the candidates who wish to join in the Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science and for candidates interested in pursuing architecture and engineering. Through HITSEEE 2018 entrance examination, admissions are available for B. Tech and Architecture. Interested candidates can apply for the examination after verifying the eligibility criteria and other necessary information’s laid down by the University. Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates have to check their eligibility criteria prepared by the authorities, before registering for the entrance examination. Applicant must be an Indian citizen. Also he/she must have an age limit between 17 to 19 years at the time of registration. The qualification criteria’s are different for various courses.

For B. Tech Courses:

Candidates those who are focusing admission for B. Tech Degree course should have passed the higher secondary examination from a recognized board or university with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects, with a minimum mark of 50% in aggregate.

For B. Tech Biotechnology:

Candidates should have passed the higher secondary examination from a recognized board or university with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects, with a minimum mark of 50% in aggregate.

For B. Arch Courses:

Candidates should have passed their higher secondary examination from a recognized board or university with mathematics or business mathematics as one of the main subjects and with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Also, candidates can complete a 3 year diploma course with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and with mathematics as one of the main subjects. In addition, candidates must have qualified NATA examination with a minimum of 80 marks out of 200.

HITSEEE 2018 Registration Process

Candidates can register for the entrance test online through the official website of university. The registration must be done within the last date announced. Candidates have to register with a valid email ID, phone number and other required details before filling the application form. Then an ID and password will be sent to the registered mobile number and email. Login the website using these details and fill the application form with all necessary details without any mistakes. Incorrect details on the application form can result in the form being cancelled. Candidates should upload a scanned image of their photograph and signature in the prescribed size and format (It may be 50kb and .jpg format). After all these process, submit the application form and pay the registration fee. Candidates are advised to keep a print out of the application form and confirmation page for further process.

Registration Fee Details

The registration process will be completed only after the payment of registration fee. Candidates have to pay Rs.925/- at the time of submission of the application form. Fee must be paid before last date of registration.

Exam Pattern

HITSEEE examination will be conducted in English language. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. There will be 120 questions with 1 mark each. Exam will be conducted in 120 marks.1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer. Questions will be of objective type. Question paper is divided into 3 sections i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

HITSEEE 2018 Syllabus

Questions will be asked from these three subjects mentioned above. The questions will be based on 12th class level. Candidates will get more details about syllabus from the official website. Also visit various sites and attend the mock tests available. Previous year question papers are also helpful to score best results.

HITSEEE Admit Card 2018

Candidates will get their admit Card from the official website on the date mentioned by University. It can be downloaded by using the application number and date of birth given at the time of registration. The admit card consists of information like roll number, name of candidate, exam date, time and exam center and other important instructions. Candidates are advised to verify all details and make sure that there are no mistakes. Candidates must bring the admit card to the exam hall.

HITSEEE Result 2018 

Result of HITSEEE 2018 will be announced in the 2nd week of May 2018. Candidates can download their results and score card by visiting the university official website. To download the results candidates need to enter their name and application number after logging into the official website. Candidates should take a printout of their score card and submit it during the time of counselling and admission process.

HITSEEE 2018 Selection process

After publishing HITSEEE 2018 results best candidates will be shortlisted for counseling process. Counselling will start from 2nd week of May, 2018. Allocation of seats will be based on HITSEEE All India Rank 2018. Candidates are selected for counseling on the basis of high scores obtained in the entrance test. More details regarding the counseling session will be informed to the candidates through official website. Candidates need to carry the following documents at the process of counselling:

  • 10th mark list
  • +2 mark list
  • HITSEEE 2018 Score Card
  • HITSEEE 2018 Admit Card
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • Any valid ID proof (which proves age, nationality, etc.)
