IRMA 2018: Application Form, Eligibility Criteria, Syllabus, Exam Date
IRMA 2018: Institute of Rural Management (IRMA) Anand conducts a national level entrance examination in every year in order to select the best candidates for admission to their various courses such as Fellowship Programme in Rural Management (FPRM), Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM), Certificate in Rural Management and Certificate Programme in Dairy Management course. All the courses are approved by AICTE. It’s an educational organization that aims at the development of rural sectors. Candidates are selected for these courses only after qualifying the admission test conducted by the authority. The admission to FPRM and PGDRM will be done on the basis of CAT 2017 or XAT 2018 entrance examinations.
IRMA provides a way for candidates to educate individually and to serve the rural sectors. Also allows the candidates to communicate directly with the communities.

The IRMA Admission 2018 entrance exam is conducted by Institute of Rural Management (IRMA) in every year for admission to their various programmes. Every rules and regulations are generated and maintained by conducting authority. IRMA Important Dates 2018
The tentative dates of IRMA ADMISISON 2018 are provided. The dates may get change according to the final decision of conducting committee. Notifications will be made available from October 2017 onwards.

In case of foreign candidates the dates of all events such as application submission, fee payment, entrance exam, Group discussion and Personal interview will be decided by the conducting committee itself and will be published in the official web portal.
IRMA 2018 Application Form
Candidates can apply for IRMA in order to seek admission to PGDRM and FRPM courses provided by the Institute of Rural Management. Candidates can access the official website of IRMA for registration process.
- Registration can be done both in online or offline mode.
- For offline process;
- The application form will be available after paying the application fee as demand Draft (DD) to the address Admissions Office, IRMA, Anand – 388 001.
- Candidates can also download the application form from the official web portal.
- After filling up the application form, candidates need to send the filled application form to the official address of exam conducting authority.
- For candidates who preferred SBI Challan, should have to send their Remitted Challan copy with the application form to the authority.
- For online application;
- Candidates can fill up the application form, by logging in to the web portal.
- After filling up all the necessary information, candidate can pay their application fee through online or offline mode.
- Application form of a candidate can submit only after paying the application fee.
- After submitting the application, candidates are advised to take copy of the application submitted for further reference if required.
The application fee may vary depending on the course and category of candidates applying for IRMA ADMISISON 2018. Fee can be paid either as offline or online. The application fee for various courses under IRMA is as follows;

The age limit will vary based on the type of course for which the candidate is applying for.
- For PGDRM course, the applicant’s age should be more than 23 years.
- For FRPM course, the candidate’s age should not exceed 35 years while applying fir IRMA 2018.
IRMA Exam Pattern 2018
The exam pattern of IRMA Entrance Examination will be as follows; the no of questions and marking scheme will vary for various courses as per the final decision of conducting authority.
Mode of Exam: 2018 IRMA Entrance Examination is conducted in online mode i.e; it will be computer based test.
Questions Type: All the questions will be multiple choice objective type questions.
Areas of Questions: The IRMA Entrance Examination 2018 will consist of 4 parts such as;
- Analytical Reasoning (Carries 50 Marks)
- Logical Comprehension (Carries 40 Marks)
- Quantitative Aptitude (Carries 50 Marks)
- Issues on Social Concern (Carries 60 Marks)
Duration of Exam: The total time allocated for IRMA 2018 Entrance Examination is 80 minutes i.e, 1 hour and 20 minute in total
Marking scheme: For each correct answer attended by the candidate, 1 mark is awarded.
Negative Marking: Each wrong answer will deduct a 1/4th mark.
Total Marks: The IRMA 2018 carries a total of maximum 200 marks.
IRMA Syllabus 2018
The syllabus for one course will be different from another. The IRMA 2018 syllabus will consists of questions from various areas such as social relevant issues, personal ability to interpolate numerous situations and etc. The test is designed to test the understanding and interpretation ability of the candidate in the present socio economic events, objectives, goals and demand. The syllabus for the exam will be prepared by the conducting authority.
IRMA Admit Card 2018
The admit card for IRMA Admission 2018 entrance exam will be available on the official web portal. Candidates can download their admit card by login into their account. It will contain information’s such as Register Number of the candidate, Exam date, Exam time, Exam centre and etc details. It’s advised to keep a copy of admit card along with any of the valid ID proof of the candidate while appearing for exam. In case of loss of admit card, candidate are not allowed to enter the examination hall. The admit card will also be sent via post by the conducting authority.
IRMA Result 2018
The result of IRMA 2018 will be announced by last week of March 2018. After publishing the result, candidate can check their ranks by entering their application number, date of birth (if mandatory). The candidates with minimum cut-off marks are qualified in IRMA examination 2018 and they are further taken for admission process. All candidates are advised to take print out of their result, for further admission procedures.
IRMA Admission Process 2018
The shortlisted candidates are called for Counseling process by the university. Rather than IRAM admission test, there are also some other rounds which will be carried out by the authority itself. The selection round will be varied based on the type of course for which the candidates is applied. For PGDRM course, all candidates need to clear their Admission Test, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). In case of FPRM course, the rounds needs to be clear by the candidate are Admission Test, Personal Interview (PI) and Presentation of an Essay. The dates of each round will be published in the official web portal of IRMA. At the time of Admission process candidates are advised to keep original certificates and documents for verification. Candidates should appear on date onto the venue as specified by authority.
