JEXPO 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for JEXPO 2018 candidates have to check up for the eligibility criteria. Following are eligibility criteria. The candidates must have cleared 10th or the equivalent examination from any recognized board. Students who applied should have secured at least 35% aggregate in the 10th. The Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination can also apply. The date of birth of the applicant should not be after 1st July 2003.

JEXPO 2018 Registration Process

  1. The Candidates can fill the application form only through online in the official website. The form for JEXPO 2018 will be available both online and offline.
  2. The OMAR Application form and the information bulletin will be able at various self- financed, governments’ polytechnic institutions of West Bengal.
  3. The candidate has to fill details like personal, qualifications and many other details in West Bengal Polytechnic application form.
  4. The scanned images of the photographs and signature have to be uploaded by the candidates.
  5. The applicant must take the print out of the form after filling the application form.
  6. All the required documents have to attach with the application form.
  7. Submit he application form along with the required fee.

After the registration process, candidates have to pay the application fee. The application fee shall be submitted via online mode at the time of submitting the application at the designated center.

 JEXPO Exam Pattern 2018

The candidate must follow the exam pattern for writing the polytechnic entrance exam. The exam pattern if given here on the basis of the exams conducted throughout the years by the exam conducting authorities.

The question paper will contain objective type questions The of the exam duration will be two hours. The paper willconsist of two sections, i.e. Paper 1 will contain ‚Äď Mathematics and Paper 2 will contain ‚Äď Physics and Chemistry. Total 100 questions will be asked in the examination.

The marks for physics and chemistry are 50 each and mathematics is 100 with the grand total of 200 marks.

JEXPO 2018 Syllabus

The candidate must strictly follow the JEXPO 2018 syllabus. West Bengal Polytechnic syllabus will comprise of different subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The candidates can prepare from these subjects for the JEXPO examination conducted in 2018.

JEXPO Admit Card 2018

The admit card for JEXPO 2018 will be released in the first week of April 2018. The applicant can download the admit card from the official website of the university. In order to access the admit card the applicant have enter their application no. on the website. It is compulsory to bring the hall ticket to the examination hall. If the candidate comes without he/ she will not be allowed to write the exam. The admit card contains various details like the candidates name, exam venue, exam date and the other important details.

JEXPO2018 Result

The results will be published on the official website of the JEXPO 2018 by the exam conducting authority.The results of West Bengal Polytechnic 2018 will be declared in the second week of May 2018. By entering the candidate’s enrolment no. or name you can check the results. The students must take a printout of the result. The print out of the mark list will be needed for further procedures.

JEXPO Admission 2018

After publishing the result, the admission procedure will be conducted. The counselling for the candidates will start in the month of June 2018. The counselling is completely an online process.  To participate for the counselling the candidate first has to register for the counselling on the official website of JEXPO 2018. According to their rank the candidate have fill in their choices of colleges and courses. After the allotment of the seat the candidate is required to report at the allotted college with all the needed documents and fees. During the document verification the candidate has to bring all the original copies of documents. After counselling procedure, admission in all the polytechnics institution will be made by the candidate. The candidate will not be allowed to attend the institution if the requirements of the counselling are not fulfilled.
