Karnataka PGCET 2018 Eligibility
The basic eligibility that a candidate for Karnataka PGCET entrance exam is that the candidate must belong to the Karnataka state and have a domicile certificate of Karnataka. The candidate who does not belong to Karnataka state is eligible for admission into MBA/ MCA Seats. Those candidates who have a valid GATE score card not eligible to appear Karnataka PG CET exam, but they can fill the application form.

Karnataka PGCET 2018 Registration
The candidates can fill the application form of Karnataka PGCET 2018 in the online mode. The application form needs to be filled and submitted with all the correct information such as name, age, educational qualifications and the contact information such as the mobile number and the email ID and address. Upload scanned photograph and signature. There is no provision to make change in online Karnataka 2018 PGCET application form, before clicking on submit button. After submitting online application form, candidate should take printout of Acknowledgement. The candidate must take at least three printouts of the filled application, proof of fee paid and 2-3 photographs that scanned and uploaded in the application for further references.
The candidates can pay the application fee only through offline mode. The candidates can make payment from any of the branch of specified banks. The application fee is RS.650 for general and OBC category and RS.500 for SC/ST Category.
Karnataka PGCET Exam Pattern
Karnataka PGCET entrance exam will be an objective type. The candidates have darkened the answer to the respective number of the question in the OMR sheet with black ink ballpoint pen only. There will be no negative marking. The answer once marked is final, cannot be changed. No marks will be allotted to those who do scratching, over writing, tick mark and multiple answers. The duration of the examination will 150 minutes. There will be total of 100 questions. The question will be asked in English.
Karnataka PGCET 2018 Syllabus
The syllabus is different for different courses. For the MBA course the syllabus are Proficiency in English, GK, Test of Reasoning and General Intelligence and Quantitative analysis. For MCA course the syllabus are Mathematics (Algebra, co-ordinate geometry, Vector, Trigonometry and Probability and Statistics), Computer Awareness (computer basics, Data Representation), Analytical Ability and Logical reasoning, General Awareness and General English.
Karnataka PGCET Admit Card 2018
The admit card for Karnataka PGCET will be released by the exam conducting authority after the submission of the Karnataka PGCET application form. The Karnataka PGCET admit card will be announced in the month of August 2018. It will be released on the official website of the university. To access the admit card the applicant have enter their application no. on the website. It is compulsory to bring the hall ticket to the examination hall. If the candidate comes without he/ she will not be allowed to write the exam. The Hall Ticket contains various details like the candidates name, exam venue, exam date and the other important details.

The Applicants have to prepare for the examination by following the syllabus of the entrance examination. In the first place the candidates have to prepare a time table. Karnataka PGCET 2018 Result
The results will be published on the official website of the Karnataka PGCET, http://kea.kar.nic.in/. It will be released after the commencement of the examination. The Karnataka PGCET will be declared In the 3r week of August 2018. The candidates can view their results online mode in the official website. On the basis of the marks secured by the candidates in the exam, the merit list will be prepared. Then a separate merit list will be prepared for all the offered courses. By entering the candidate’s enrolment no. or name you can check the results. The students must take a printout of the result. The print out of the mark list will be needed for further procedures. Finally as a part of the admission process the candidate will be called for the Counseling process. The candidates will be called for Counseling on the basis of the merit list.
Karnataka PGCET 2018 Counseling
After publishing the result, the admission procedure will be conducted. The Counseling for the candidates will start in the month after the declaration of the results. The Counseling process for Karnataka PGCET is expected to begin in the month September 2018. The candidates whose name came on Merit List would be called for the admission process. The candidates must attend the Counseling in person for the seat allotment. The candidates have to choose the college and stream on the day of Counseling. The seat will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of the marks secured in the entrance examination. After the allotment of the seat the candidate is required to report at the allotted college with all the needed documents and fees. During the document verification the candidate has to bring all the original copies of documents. The applicant will not be allowed to attend the institution if the requirements of the Counseling are not fulfilled.
