NMAT 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the exam, candidates have to check up for the eligibility criteria. It is important for the MBA aspirants applying for NMAT 2018 to become familiar with the eligibility norms of the test.  Following are eligibility criteria. If candidates fail to meet any of the eligibility norms, then they will be disqualified from the test on before the counselling rounds.

For candidates from India: The minimum required mark for the qualifying exam is 50%.They must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized University. Candidates in the final year of the qualifying test can also apply for the test.

For candidates outside India (International): The candidates must be a graduate from a recognized University. The marks acquired in graduation should be at least 50%. The candidates who graduated must have a minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience. The candidates must have a valid GMAT score of 600 and above.

For candidates which select different courses such as MBA (Mumbai Campus), MBA HR (Mumbai Campus), MBA Pharmaceutical Management (Mumbai Campus), MBA Pharmaceutical Management (Mumbai Campus), PGDM (Hyderabad & Bangalore Campus) there are different eligibility criteria’s.

MBA (Mumbai Campus)Candidate must hold the Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3/4) in any stream from a recognized university. Candidates must score at least 50% mark in the aggregate.

MBA HR (Mumbai Campus)Candidate must hold the Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3/4) in any stream from a recognized university. Candidates must score at least 50% mark in the aggregate. Appearing candidates can also apply.

MBA Pharmaceutical Management (Mumbai Campus) Candidates have to complete their bachelor degree (10+2+3/4) or post graduate degree or B.Tech/BE/Bio.Tech/Bio.Medical. Candidates have to pass bachelor degree in Pharmacy, MBBS, BDS, Life Sciences, Science, BHMS, BAMS, B.Sc & M.Sc in Biotechnology or post graduate degree in Economics, Psychology & Sociology.

PGDM (Hyderabad & Bangalore Campus) Candidate has to pass bachelor degree (10+2+3/4) in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in aggregate.Appearing candidates can also apply.

NMAT Registration Process 2018

Before going for the exam, candidates have to register for the NMAT (NMIMS Management Aptitude Test) 2018. Application form will be filled through online mode. No offline mode is entertained to fill the NMAT application form 2018. Candidates have to provide all personal details such as contact information, educational details and work experience. Candidates will select up to seven courses.Students must submit the application form completed in all respects.

Registration Fee

After the registration process, candidates have to pay the application fee. The application fee can be submitted through Credit Card, Demand Draft or cash payment Counter/cash Payment in NMAT 2018 office. The DD will be made in favor of Graduate Management Global Connection (India) Private Limited payable at Gurgaon. Application will accept only after the successful completion of fee payment. Candidates have to keep the payment slip for future reference.

NMAT 2018 Exam Pattern

The NMAT 2018 will be held in a computer-based mode and there will be a total of 120 questions. The questions will be distributed among three sections, which are Language Skills, Language Skills and Logical Reasoning. The time allotted for candidates will be allotted 120 minutes. However, the aspirants must remember that the time limit will vary with the sections. The candidates will get 2 hours to attempt the test. There shall be three sections in the NMAT, which will all be individually timed. The question paper will have a total of 120 questions. The candidates can answer the questions and review the same of each section within the allotted time.

NMAT Syllabus 2018

The syllabus is provided by the exam conducting authority of NMAT 2018. NMAT 2018 Syllabus contains the important topics under three sections such as language skills, quantitative skills and logical reasoning. The language skills include Anonyms, Synonyms, Syntax & correct grammar, Quantitative skills, Data Interpretation & DS, Language usage and their rules, Poems, Passages, Reading Comprehension and Dictionary Meanings of different words. Quantitative skills include Line graph, Bar graph, Pie chart, Tables, Trigonometry, Algebra, 2D and 3D Geometry & Statistics. The Logical Reasoning includes Multi-dimensional arrangements & Puzzles.

NMAT 2018 Admit Card

Students will be able to access the admit card from the website of NMAT (NMIMS Management Aptitude Test). It is compulsory for all the candidates to bring the admit card at the examination hall in order to appear for the exam. In the admit card, the exam details such as candidates name & roll number, exam date, exam time and exam centre will be mentioned.

NMAT Result 2018

The results will be published on the website of NMAT (NMIMS Management Aptitude Test). Regarding the result, GMAC will be sending an email to the registered ID of the candidates. Based on the result the exam conducting authority will shortlist candidates for counselling rounds of the various participating institutes.

NMAT Admission 2018

After publishing the result, the admission procedure will be conducted. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks scored by the candidates in the examination. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Personal Interview & Case Discussion rounds. Based on the result, the exam conducting authority will shortlist candidates for counselling rounds of the various participating institutes. When called for verification of documents the student must produce the admit card and the score card.
