The ‘West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination’ (WBJEE) is a state level common entrance examination conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB). The board conducts the exam to offer the admission to all the eligible candidates in all the affiliated institutes. WBJEE 2018 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the exam, candidates have to check up for the eligibility criteria. Following are eligibility criteria.
Candidates must have Indian nationality. The candidates must have cleared 12th standard examination of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent from a recognized university Council/Board scoring at least 45% and 40% for SC/ST/PWD/OBC. Educational qualification for Engineering& Technology programmes will be higher secondary education with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Appearing Candidates can also apply. Candidates born on or after 1st January 2000 are not eligible. For Marine Engineering Course, the minimum age should be 17 years as on 31st December 2018 & upper age limit should be 25 years as on 31st December 2018.
WBJEE 2018 Registration Process
Before going for the exam, candidates have to register for the WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) 2018. Candidates will get the application form from the 1st week of January 2018 till 1st week of February 2018. The authority gives the provision to download application form through online mode from their website. Candidates have to upload very recent photograph and other required scanned documents during the Registration process. If any mistake will be made by the candidates while filling the form, there will be a provision to re-correct the entered details during correction period which will be started from the 1st week of February 2018. Candidates are informed to keep the printout of the confirmation page for further reference. Documents required to be uploaded in the application form are latest coloured passport size photograph, left hand thumb impression, signature, category certificate, domicile certificate, registration certificate/ admit card/ mark sheet of class 10th, income certificate, PWD certificate.
WBJEE 2018 Registration Fee
After the registration process, candidates have to pay the application fee. Candidates can make payment through offline (e-Challan of Allahabad Bank) and online (debit/credit card/net banking) mode. The application fee is Rs. 500.
WBJEE 2018 Exam Pattern
The WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) 2018will be held through offline mode (OMR Pattern).The question will consist of multiple choice questions. The whole question paper will consist of 200 marks. Question will be based on Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. There will be total 155 questions in the paper. Questions will be answered in OMR Sheet by darkening the circle with blue or black ball point pen. There is provision of negative marking.

WBJEE 2018 Syllabus
The WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) Syllabus 2018 will be asked from the subjects like Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Candidates can go through these subjects on the basis of syllabus prescribed in class 11th & 12th.
WBJEE 2018 Admit Card
Students will be able to access the hall ticket from the website of WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) 2018. The WBJEE 2018 Admit Card will be issued from the 2nd week of April 2018. . It is compulsory for all the candidates to bring the hall ticket at the examination hall in order to appear for the exam. In the hall ticket, the exam details such as candidates name & roll number, exam date, exam time and exam centre will be mentioned.

WBJEE 2018 Result
The results will be published on the website of WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) 2018. Registration number or roll number, date of birth will be required to get result. The WBJEE 2018 Result will be declared in the 1st week of June 2018. The Rank cards are published as the result of the examination which contain which contain all relevant ranks, total score & component scores in Paper-I (Mathematics) & paper-II (Physics & Chemistry). After the result declaration, the cut-off list will be published by the authority. Candidate need to download the result/score card which will be required at the time of counselling. Applicants can download the result and take the printouts of the same as they will have to show at the time of admission.
WBJEE 2018 Answer Key
The Candidate after the declaration of result of WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) 2018 will be able to challenge the answer key by login into account with password. The answer Key will be published through online mode after the examination. Candidates can challenge the answer key through online mode on payment of Rs. 500 (non-refundable) per question via net banking/debit card/ credit card/ e-Challan. WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) 2018 decision will be final on the challenges & no further communication will be entertained.
WBJEE 2018 Admission
After publishing the result, the admission procedure will be conducted. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks scored by the candidates in the examination. The WBJEE Counselling will be began in 1st week of June 2018. Before counselling, exam conducting authority will publish the availability of seats in course-wise and institute wise manner. The counselling and seat allotment is completely online process .So candidate must to attend the three rounds of the counselling. After the payment of registration fee, candidate will be allowed to fill the choices. Candidate will be allowed seat in the order of merit and on the basis of the choice filled by the candidate.
